"Underhanded"

Impression provided at point of sale is that the appointment time with the fitter is part of the transaction. It is not. You will then have the dance with the fitting company on arranging another time.it’s at best underhanded and ensures that at time of sale you are organising all aspects and because you can get a time that suits you for fitting that you are less likely to look elsewhere. Can’t help but feel you have been had . I’m sure the tyre will be fine and it will be fitted eventually but it’s a shifty process and one they don’t have control over with their fitters.

I called etyre and the Sophie was very helpful and offered to rebook for me but it’s not the point it’s just underhanded sales technique.

Ordered Tyres they took the money then email me to say there is no supplier for for tyres choose others or refund. I opted to refund as in other review. Got no confirmation of order money taken no reply to the emails THEY sent me to reply to. Called told i'd get refund and confirmation got nothing called again got an email confirming refund. ITS NOW TEN DAYS AND NO REFUND. I EXPLAINED OUR CAR IS NOT USABLE WITHOUT NEW TYRES WE HAVE CHILDREN WE ARE WALKING TO SCHOOL WHILE WE WAIT FOR REFUND TO BUY OTHER TYRES IT IS DISGUSTING SERVICE

21 inch diamond cut alloys and not a mark on the alloy after the tyre was fitted. Excellent service. Highly recommended. Fitter put me at ease immediately and provided excellent service.

Ordered a tyre to have fitted at a local garage, arrived for the booking to be told the tyre hadn’t even arrived and probably wouldn’t until the following day. Took nearly 24 hours from when it was meant to be fitted, massive inconvenience, don’t bother booking on here if you need things to be done within the timeframe promised on the website!

**Edit: just to clarify the response I had from etyres was simply directing me to the terms and conditions stating that any date agreed is approximate and cannot be guaranteed, so word of warning to anyone looking to use this company - the dates they claim the tyre can be fitted is complete bullsh*t and might as well not be advertised. Absolute scam.**

"Shambles"

Shambles, I had a slow puncture and ordered/paid a new tyre on the 8th July, and a fitting date was agreed for the 11th July. On the 11th July at 1030 etyres phoned me to say they didnt cover my postcode!, so why accept the order in the first place, with the tyre now completely flat, they suggested to call the RAC!.
