Great phone signal and good customer service. I did have a problem with an esim that didn't work. But the matter was soon rectified by just ordering a physical sim.

Fantastic company to deal with. No fair usage limit in europe. I purchased a 100Gb sim and used it in France and Spain and it worked perfectly to enable me to stream uk tv.

Well where do I start I have used IQ Mobile Limited for the first time this year in UK and Holland work right out the box no issues.
The in July 24 after a long drive we arrive at a camping site for night and Internet was not working email IQ at 8pm and even though it was late got a response right away with suggestions of what the problem might be and how to fix it, it was late and I was tired so tried the next morning still failed connected again with IQ and Frazer who is very knowledgeable and he fixed it by talking me through it in no time

Brilliant customer service and support, particularly from Frazer, who was available constantly whilst I was having trouble connecting my Mifi router. The roaming service throughout France was brilliant, and frequently much stronger than the campsite wifi. Overall just excellent service. Don't go anywhere else!

"Motorhome WiFi at its Best"
We have a motorhome, with built in wifi. The IQ £20 / 100gb sim card is brilliant for this. We've just spent a month in Italy and could use the full 100gb without any cap.
When we ran out of data, we bought another £20 top up. Really easy to do and another 100gb without having to try and buy an Italian sim card.
Support contact via WhatsApp is easy to do, and pretty much all hours.
Such a fantastic product for motorhomes. I can't rate this company highly enough...

This company is fantastic. So so easy to deal with. Just drop them a message on whatsapp and you get a truly helpful personal response. That's if you even need to contact them.
If you are a caravanner or tenter or anyone that uses a mobile router when out and about, especially if its sporadically. IQGO is the product / sim for you. Small annual subscription to keep sim active but then you can top up as much or as little as you want, for just the times you need it. Can roam across Europe too. Powered by EE so speeds and coverage are great.

"Because Brexit means there’s no Roaming"
Because Brexit means there’s no longer any roaming on our iPhones and our mobile wifi router we needed a good solution for using data at a reasonable price during our motorhoming holiday trips around Europe. We go twice a year plus take other foreign holidays with family and friends too, now that we are retired.
IQ Mobile is tailor made for us so we bought the 100Gb package (+£20 for the SIM card set up), and used it successfully in the 8 countries we toured through in May and June.
Initially we had problems understanding how Settings needed to be changed, and how we could fix them to allow us to swap back the Sim on our return.
I got some very understanding expert help from IQ after screenshotting the unit’s pages and soon learnt much more about my unit’s ability.
I would like to have had IQ inform me of my progress through the 100 Gb for accuracy but my unit has a counter and I reckon I used every 100 Gb in the month which was brilliant. And I’m now using it on the Home Sim once again, until we go away again

I bought a data only sim & 30GB for use in our motorhome, tried it on Anglesey, from experience a notoriously poor area for reception, and managed to watch some golf and a film without any buffering. Still had loads of data left. I bought a further 100GB for a very reasonable £20 just before we came over to Ile de Re in France a few days ago. BUT! I couldn't get the TP-Link router to work. it seemed to have forgotten all it's settings! I phoned IQ in desperation and spoke to a very knowledgeable and helpful guy called Frazer. He emailed me settings to try, no joy, I rang him again on their international line and we established that data roaming had been mysteriously greyed out. He walked me through settings he found at his end helped me find at mine. Tried to connect to internet and do a speed test... 129Mbps, that's the best I've ever experienced... even better than my broadband at home! Outstanding! I have no hesitation when giving this company and their friendly and helpful staff 5 stars. I say again Outstanding!!

"Remember to turn roaming on your Router!"
I purchased a sim to fit into a router so I could have stable WiFi whilst I was travelling in Spain. I set it up in UK before I left and it worked perfectly however, once in Spain it would not connect to the internet. I thought maybe it was signal strength but the same happened on the next site even though my phone was showing 4 bars and was connected to 4G. I WhatsApp’d IQ and they got back to immediately with a solution, I needed to turn roaming on the router. Once I did this - boom! I was in. Now working flawlessly, great job guys.

Excellent service, had a slight problem connecting, Messaged via what's app and within minutes problem solved. Very quick response from the customer service team and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend if your looking for uncapped data usage abroad whilst in your Motorhome/Caravan.
