Having recently used IQ Mobile for IQ GO, I had no hesitation in switching my phone contacts to them for my phone and my wife.

Everything I ask and do with them has been first class. When you send a message to IQ Mobile on a Sunny evening, you don’t expect a reply. However 10 minutes later, I had the answer to my question. How good is that!!

I was having problems setting up my campervan router with the IQ sim.Frazer at IQ had tried,patiently,to guide me through the procedure over the phone but in the end I visited the IQ office in Bath and Frazer sorted my router and set it all up ready to roll.Fantastic service.I would highly recommend them.

My first experience with IQ was setting up my up Wi-Fi in the campervan I was very nervous after a bad experience with another supplier left me out of pocket with no internet connection and very poor customer service!
I need not have worried I purchased an IQ Go data only sim with a 100gb for 30 days £20 You can hop on and out as and when you want to use in the UK and Europe I was guided through the process all the way by a very patient young man on the WhatsApp Customer Service. It has worked without any problems both here and abroad ( I could even watch English TV on my iPad as there was no need for a separate VPN)
I transferred my husband’s mobile phone too and he has 30g of roaming a month, messages and phone calls for £15 per month!
I am now transferring my mobile phone with the same package - think that says it all!
If you’re thinking of a new supplier or transferring from your present one don’t be nervous you’ll be in good hands with IQ

We need a data only sim for EU roaming in our motorhome, have tried a few with mixed results. Decided last year to try IQ. Have to say where ever we have been including some rural parts of France even at our cottage which is in a dip right out in the sticks the signal has always been good even when streaming. We use a Huawei E5885Ls-93a with as stated a data only sim. We subscribe to IQ GO which suits us perfectly, we have the card or sim which is £20 for a year. They also do calls text and data sims,

Then buy data as and when we require it. The advantage we find is as neither of us is particularly mobile and we like to go away out of season we use the tv a lot as well as my IPad and 2 smart phones. This winter we hope to find our way down to Portugal where we will be outside of the Astra 2 footprint so a fair amount of data will be needed. The advantage of IQ although the EU roaming is limited to three months in any one year you can simply just add on more data. I rarely write reviews and have no connection with this company but can only say for us customer service has always be excellent with prompt helpful replies especially as I am not the best at all this sort of stuff
