IQ were great, they had a package perfect for touring Europe in my caravan, and for a small extra charge agreed to send it out to France. The guy I bombarded with emails was patient, knowledgable and very helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

A pleasure to deal with IQGo. Frazer has gone way beyond what would normally be expected when I lost a SIM card.

This is the 2nd review that I have written because they absolutely deserve 5*!! Last time was for my new sim, this time it is for the absolute 2nd to none support I have now had!!

I am currently in Norway and I was having trouble with my Mifi. I have 3 device connections to the Mifi but only my Iphone would have connection to the internet via the Sim.

After wattsapp to Frazer at 10:30pm I was surprised that I got an immediate response at that time!! We tried several things but needed to wait for the absolute tech guru Peter to investigate it the next morning!! It appears it wasn’t a Sim issue but my Mifi… After some to and fro’s we managed to find a work around and now all devices are connected to Internet!!

I now believe that this is a Mifi router problem which I will investigate when I get home in 2 months as I will do a firmware update just in case!! I do not want to do it now as I don’t want to be without internet in Norway!!

Although not their product fault they were more than willing to assist me in my time of need!! I 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 you!!!

"IQ Go, a superb product, and a perfect solution for Motorhomes and Caravans"

We were planning an 8 week round trip to Croatia in our Motorhome and wanted a reliable sim card, primarily for our sat nav, but also as a supplement to the meager EU allowance my phone provider gave me.

After a lot of research I stumbled upon IQ Mobile. They offer a sim, IQ Go, specifically aimed at Motorhomes and Caravans. It's just £20 a year for the sim, then you top up and activate it, as and when you need it. There are various data options - I paid £20 for 100GB for 30 days (unlimited).

So far we've camped in the mountains and between the mountains and never not had a signal. The sim is in an old phone which we use as a hotspot for the sat nav, 2 mobiles, an Ipad, a laptop and a firestick. I've streamed 5 football matches and a movie, and I'm still within the 100GB limit.

As the month is nearly up, I've just paid for another 100GB to be activated when my current one expires.

Best of all is their customer service. I've asked several questions via Whatsapp (Frazer) and had a satisfactory reply within minutes.

I'm not affiliated with them in any way, just very impressed with their product and customer service.

Great service which in this day and age is hard to come by! Very quick response to technical queries and changing my existing number over. Have been with a couple of the bigger companies and found calling them very frustrating indeed. IQ has a no nonsense approach to roaming with no hidden catches, I have been using it in 3 different countries in Europe and the internet has been excellent. I would also rather give my money to a smaller, well deserving company. Fully recommended.

Great service right from the outset. I had an initial problem setting up my Mifi and Frazer patiently talked me through it via WhatsApp.
I have travelled all around France and it has worked a treat. In the evenings we have been able to get ITVx and BBC iPlayer, Prime Video, Apple TV and Netflix. Adding a bolt on was really easy.
