Each person was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Your requirements to create new passwords are very poorly designed. It will be much more efficient if the password was visible to the person creating it. Also we were unable to create an account because your system wouldn't accept our Google. A great deal of time was spent with your tech dept before it was discovered we could not get in because we were using Google.
