I found this company brilliant. I wanted upvc skirting and architraves, i phoned for advice and their rep was very friendly and helpful. I put my order in on a thurs and it arrived on the following fri packed in numerous layers of bubble pack in perfect order. I would and will use them again with no doubt. The online ordering process was straight forward as was agreeing a delivery date. Bad weather caused date to change but they advised me before 8am of the change and delivered early on rearranged date. First class service.

Considering the other reviews online about this company, I can't really believe I've had such a terrible experience but there we are.
I had ordered some showerwall panels in November. Two and a half months later, many phonecalls by me chasing the Kents team and getting nowhere and numerous emails unanswered, Kents finally admitted that they couldn't fulfil the order (a myriad of inadequate excuses were given). I could have tolerated this if I had been told this information much earlier. Instead Kent's fobbed me off endlessly and I was left without a useable bathroom for months. To cap it all off, they have yet to refund me the hundreds of pounds I have spent although they promised this would be received within two days - it has now been over a week. I suspect I'll be chasing them for that too.
