Excellent service from Kents Direct who delivered within two working days of ordering. The goods were extremely well packaged to protect against damage and the quality was first rate. I highly recommended them.

"Disorganised collection"

Product is fine, but the admin is a bit disorganised. Received an e-mail saying the goods were available and bring your invoice for collection, looked back and there was no invoice. When I arrived, although the staff were helpful, there didn't seem to be much organisation in the warehouse.

Good service but could do with more communication twice tryed to get samples sent and never happened and twice sent questions but did not get response .

Goods packaged well received in time and in good order, as described. Never-the-less, I found waiting in all day for the independent courier a pain. I think that it could be feasible for Kents to arrange with the deliverer an am / pm delivery slot.
