Would recommend to anyone looking to buy a bike to visit this company from our initial visit to picking up the bike we were impressed not only with the honesty of the sales person but with the time spent with our grandson making sure the bike was the correct height and weight for him. We were also impressed with the fact we could not select and purchase a bike without our grandson. The bike was altered free of charge to fit our grandson and we were asked to take the bike back to the store for a final check after it had been ridden for a period of 6-8 weeks.

"Absolutely First Class Customer Service"

I am a member of a team of 6 who are cycling from Lands End to John O’Groats to raise money for The Firefighters Charity and Bowel Cancer UK. We had some problems with a couple of our bikes at 4:45 one evening (bottom bracket and front break failed) and phoned Buy a Bike near Chorley to see if they could help us. Although they shut at 5 and we were still 10 miles away, they stayed open and the mechanics worked until seven in the evening to make sure that our bikes were fixed and we could continue our fundraising journey. I cannot praise this bike shop enough as the staff were so helpful, incredibly professional, positive and supportive. The range of cycles and accessories was extensive and superbly priced. We cannot thank them enough. So nice to come across brilliant customer service and a totally first class set up. I would highly recommend them.

"Excellent Service"

This is a no frills outfit with a large premises in the middle of nowhere but convenient for motorway. We bought 2 ebikes with fixed RRP but unlike other local bike shops they were willing to include some accessories within price. Ordered on line, was given a collection date and everything was ready when we arrived. Family team are knowledgeable, answered all our questions and offered us a free safety check in few weeks time. Excellent service.

What a great place to buy a bike!!! From start to finish and beyond everything was so easy and nothing was too much trouble Mike gave me some great advice about which style and size of bike I needed that best suited me he was really great even took me and the bike into the test area and showed me how to set the height correctly for the best riding position and explained everything really clearly once I had purchased the bike he continued to give great support and advice about all things bike related.All the staff at the shop are very knowledgeable,friendly and happy to help.If your thinking of buying a bike then this is the place to go!!!!! customer centric
