Unreal service. Had a problem with my bike mid-ride. Luckily Buy a Bike was open, called in, they patched up the problem free of charge to get me home.

Had a good look around the shop too while I was waiting, unreal selection of bikes. Ranging from mountain bikes, e -bikes to the TT bikes.

Bike booked in for Monday for a full service and gear replacement.

10/10 experience. Simple and honest.

The family who run the business are all very knowledgeable friendly and efficient. We enjoyed a good bike chat ! The premises are well situated with a massive parking area.
