Took my commuter bike to Buyabike with a brake problem. Asked the sales guys if a quick repair could be possible due to an early start at work with no public transport available to get me there so early. They spoke to the mechanics and a day and time was arranged. Fixed on the same day and handed back. Superb service! Top job. Thanks guys. Buyabike is now my go to bike shop.

The sales style was relaxed but informative. We were given as much time as we needed to ask questions and test ride the bike around the large parking area. The whole team at buyabike were open to questions which extended to us being invited to talk to the mechanic working on our bikes regarding fitting mudguards and a pannier rack.
