Whole experience was 5* from start to finish.
Ian was very helpful and patient with me as I was unsure which bike to choose.
Eventually went for Cannondale moterra picked it up today rode it home a very pleased with it

Great family run business. From talking on the phone initially they were very friendly and helpful. When I picked up my new bike I was greeted with a warm welcome as soon as I walked in to the shop. Very welcoming staff, all very friendly and helpful. They helped me take my bike out and put in my car for me, thanks again. It’s a lovely bike shop and would highly recommend.

The staff were very knowledgeable and patient whilst we chose our bikes and changed our mind.
They kindly delivered our bikes as we didn't have a bike rack.
Very friendly and approachable and they offer a free 6 week check up.
I'd highly recommend them.

I was out on the road and had trouble with my bike mike from buy a bike kindly came out and picked me up took me back to bike shop and ordered me the new part fantastic service inside and outside the shop took them two days and im back on the road cant thank all the staff enough plus sam the mechanic for the upgrade top top bike shop cheers
