The website showed clearly what this coffee maker was and its functions. When it arrived, the packaging was very nice as well as the informational booklet. This coffee maker is so amazing. Made out of nice stainless steel, this coffee is always hot and tastes amazing. Using the blooming process takes it to a whole other level. I would highly recommend the Aarke coffee maker!

The water pitcher looks very elegant and practical. It is very minimalistic. I like how thoughtfully it was designed when it comes to having air tight lid. It doesn't tip over when I am pouring myself a glass of water. This is the 4th Aarke product I have.
