I've used this company for several years now for hampers. They have a good choice of products and have always been reliable. The flexible choices are very useful. A bit more choice of upper-mid range wines would be useful but that's a small thing.

Love the items, presentation, and that you can switch things out to customise your hampers.

Don't mind the additional costs for some of those items, since they also reduce the costs for others if you replace with a cheaper option.

Would love the option to do multiple addresses rather than have to do a single hamper at a time, though perhaps it's just not clear how to do that.

Didn't like that when I mistakenly chose asap for delivery date on one of my hampers, i contacted the team to get it sent later and had it confirmed that the change had been made in email, i then received a tracking number 7-8 hours later for it having "already left". Nor that the other items that were to be sent for the 23rd arrived over a week early.

Love A Little Luxury Hampers. This last one was to a friend diagnosed with cancer. I was able to personalise the hamper and also bring a laugh to my friend when she opened it and saw the Poomoji chocolate 💩 aknowledging her crappy year. Well priced, easy delivery. Wouldn't go anywhere else
