A very great way to send a gift on a special occasion. It arrived at the chosen time as it has done on other occasions so good choice when been delivered to a busy household so as not to be left on a step or have to pick up from a depot.

"Failed to Assist in Delivering to Parents in Care Home"

Total lack of customer care, understanding, compassion or empathy by A Little Luxury.

After an initial failed delivery, asked for advice in how best to deliver to a care home for my parents at Christmas. No assistance given, except requested to give a new address. Address is correct and never had an issue in previous years.

My parents now have nothing for Christmas.

Really upset, not least as I live abroad and have never had an issue with competitors of A Little Luxury.

Good choice of gifts, very good quality and always well-received. A little overpriced, requested Christmas delivery always arrives too early and long before requested day. All in all however, I would definitely recommend, especially since I'm in UK and recipient(s) are in Australia. Perfect solution to my geographical gifting dilemma!
