I sent a picnic set containing goodies for my daughter's birthday. I live in NZ and she lives in Perth WA. I chose goodies to replace sold out items (2) and asked them to swap out the wine for non alcohol which they did. Always top quality gourmet products (my bro in law is a foodie!) and great that you can swop out items (sometimes at no extra charge) Super easy to pay from the UK for shipping in Australia (have encountered difficulties in using a UK address as cardholder with other companies) to avoid large import costs and delays from shipping from outside Australia. From photos sent by the recipient always arrive on time and beautifully presented. On this occasion an item was substituted by the company without letting us know. Complained and they explained it was due to stock issues to avoid delaying the delivery so it still arrived in time for Christmas. As I had picked the item swopped specifically due to a family tradition, by way of apology there sent the originally selected item free of charge. Excellent service
