"Herringbone laminate a disaster"

Like many others on here, I bought Brecon Whisper Oak Herringbone laminate flooring from Wren Kitchens which I had professionally installed. It has been a disaster, boards have split apart with the edges clearly broken. This product is not fit for purpose for a family home. Woodpecker acknowledged that faults are known in an email to my installer. I have submitted complaint to Wren seeking all my money back. Avoid this product! I wish I had looked on Trustpilot before buying - lesson learned.

"Goodrich Feather Oak herringbone"

We have just had Goodrich herringbone flooring in shade Feather Oak fitted in our hallway and absolutely love it. It is the most luxurious and high end flooring we have ever invested in and its the best decision we've made of our home renovation so far! Such a statement when entering our home and really has the wow factor we wanted.
From the gorgeous blonde tones in the flooring, to the perfect finishings such as the stair nosing and door bars it is just flawless.

This poor floor is due to the bad quality of flooring, the edges of the seals are broken so moisture able to get in and i'm left with this eye saw.
Woodpecker came out and said it must be a leak under the floor but now having the floor up its dry as a bone!
Still awating a reply from them over 2 weeks now.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT THIS TO HAPPEN.

"Another Wren-Woodpecker Nightmare"

Echoing similar reviews from people who have been sold Woodpecker by Wren Kitchens unfortunately. I have also found myself in a position where I've made a large order for Woodpecker flooring after being enticed by the large discounts on offer, only to receive the product and have multiple flooring experts refuse to install it in our environment due to the lack of thickness of the product and it's unsuitability for our home.

Wren have been atrocious to deal with from an after sales perspective, refusing to accept a return of an unopened, mass produced product and I'm faced with the scary prospect of having well over £1000 of useless flooring taking up space in my garage.

My only advice to people would be to stay well away. If there's any problem at all once you've had the order delivered you'll get nothing from customer services whatsoever.

We where so pleased with our previously laid woodpecker flooring that we could not resist having another woodpecker floor installed. Unfortunately it was not a BOGOF but well worth it.

Quality of product appears good although it has only been down 2/3 weeks.
No info provided about cleaning and what/ not to use weekly/ monthly/annually.
Only time will tell how durable it is.
