Sadly I purchased this product as I presumed it would be some good. On the plus side having laid 90 percent of it it looks okay. On the many minuses it is heavily filled and certainly does not seem to go together easily I have re-laid it a couple of times and have achieved a fair result but for the area of floor it would not be cost effective if I were doing this for a customer.
The instructions are virtually non existent being largely a lot of photos showing the possible (probable?) defects cupping, bowing, splitting, to name a few. Having tried to contact the company to see if there is a laying advice video I got through to the answerphone,
The product is guaranteed for ten years or most probably until they cease trading.
Based on the above I can hardly recommend this product.
To be fair, although I have laid a lot of flooring over the years, the last lot of Wickes flooring I purchase was a problem but at 1/3 of the price of the Woodpecker flooring I would not have expected the Wickes flooring to perform the same as the Woodpecker flooring.
I will leave it up to your judgement but I think I will look to a more expensive option, after all you do get what you pay for up to a point. Good luck if you choose this flooring.
