"This company has so many excuses why…"

This company has so many excuses why their flooring starts to fail. cracking ,lifting, peeling or moving and none of them are their fault. many reviews are the same as mine. Woodpecker blame the installation, or the level of the floor as the reason. They must have a crystal ball because they come to this conclusion without visiting the property. they will not accept any responsibility for their product. I had to review again because i am so angry at seeing how many people have the same problem. BUY somewhere else as woodpeckers guarantee is useless. After service is shocking. So many bad reviews cant be wrong, SAVE YOUR MONEY

Do not buy this product. I had problems with the wood and I was completely ignored by the company, the customer service is awful and if your not in the trades or a DIY demon they don't even acknowledge you exist.

"Bathroom floor"

I've used Woodpecker flooring at my daughter's house, Kitchen / hallway, and was very impressed with the quality of the flooring and how easy it was to fit. Note this was fitted over two years ago and still looks just as good as the day it was fitted. On the strength and experience from this, I have fitted this in my bathroom. It is easy to fit and looks amazing once laid. Easy to keep clean. Their website is very informative with plenty of advice regarding fitting and after care.

"Flooring grade that Woodpecker supply…"

Flooring grade that Woodpecker supply is different to what is provided in samples. The flooring I received looks like ‘seconds’ quality compared to the sample I initially received. Woodpecker telling me that it’s due to ‘natural’ variation in the wood but this looks anything other than natural. Really disappointing. Do not use them.

I had to give 1 star but wanted to give none. Do not use this company and thank goodness wren no longer uses their products. We will have to take up every part of the flooring that was laid on Monday due to poor quality and awful black marks which in no way replicates real wood. The flooring also has marks that show white patches in the middle which looks like burn holes. This is not a cheap product but unfortunately the flooring does reflect the high cost and if we had seen a larger sample would never ever chosen this awful flooring.be warned!!!

I really wish I would have googled the company and flooring before purchasing it through Wren. After reading multiple reviews of the poor quality and defects of this exact same flooring. (They must of all used underlay too, which they included in one sneaky little sentence in the instructions not to do). Although from the reviews here the guarantee means nothing and it's never the products fault.



Many of the boards arrive chipped and puckered before even laying, which we had to discard and use as off cuts. You can tell the floor isn't going to last. It's been less than a year and already the poor quality is showing and that has nothing to do with underlay. The quality of this product isn't fit for purpose and makes a beautiful kitchen look cheap.

We probably have another 6 months before it's completely useless and then we will have to rip it all up and find a more suitable reputable company.

I'm shocked they offer no assistance in rectifying what they know to be a substandard product to try and keep their affiliation with Wren.

SAVE YOUR MONEY....THE FLOOR WILL CHIP, BUCKLE, PEEL, BEND. All under a year and at your own cost. Shoddy product.

Do not buy from this company …. Bought flooring , within a year chips, warping etc … they sent someone all the way to Scotland , confirmed the material was faulty and they would replace …. Blah blah …..NOTHING … won’t even reply to e mails
