Had this company trailerTrek fit my Witter Detachable Flange Towbar to my car,was well pleased with the fitting and price and the manner of the fitter was polite and informative
I recommended the company to my sister in Stoke and she also had the same Towbar fitted and she too was very pleased with the service and the product

Having just purchased a new Freelander, I thought the agents price for fitting a tow bar was rather high so I looked for a better deal. Trailertrek not only gave me a good quote quickly and efficiently, but were also knowledgeable about their products and the Land Rover range. Having placed the order with them, their fitter arrived when promised and finished the job in well under two hours - very courteous and polite - and made sure that I could see that everything was working properly. I would certainly recommend this company.

Just had a Westfalia removable tow bar fitted to my Range Rover Vogue. I agreed a price and date when calling the office and today their engineer (Michael) turned up on time and well presented. He was extremely polite and helpful and took great care of my car while talking me through the work he was going to do. Once done he demonstrated how to use the tow bar and that the lights were fully working. I could not fault this company and would say that Michael was way a real credit to his employer....thanks to all from me for a job well done...5 star

Their communication, via e mail and phone was excellent, the fitter turned up my house at the time promised, fitted the tow bar in the time estimated and talked me through the operation of the tow bar.

Michael phoned 10 minutes before he arrived, I had already been given a approximate time when I booked the appointment. Michael told me it would take 2 hours to fit the towbar, he was spot on. He was very professional, courteous and efficient. He demonstrated how to remove and attach the towbar and made sure before he left that I could do it as well.
Could not fault the company at all, great communications, certainly would recommend them to anyone

Grant visited my house on Friday on time ;and he fitted my new tow bar and cycle carrier with a very friendly and professional manner. What impressed me the most, however, was when I emailed Laura at Trailertrek on the Saturday with a concern I had. With no fuss at all, Laura emailed me back to say that Grant would be with me again on Monday afternoon to put my mind at rest. Grant arrived on Monday, again on time, and again was very friendly and professional. I genuinely couldn't have asked for more from this exceptional Business, which clearly prides itself on providing exceptional service. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else if I ever needed another tow bar fitted.

Had my tow-bar fitted today by Michael, what a star, Trailertrek (& his Mum) should be proud of him, what a pleasant & polite lovely guy. As e was running a bit late ( not his fault, somebody ran into the back of him) Laura phoned to say he would be with me as soon as possible, what other company does that?? Not many I know. When Michael arrived he made sure all the paperwork was all in order to what I wanted fitted & just got on with it. When he was finished he went through everything, explaining how it all worked. Didn't speak down to me ( I am a woman!!!!) I would recommend Trailertrek to everyone & anyone. Already been out in the car with trailer attached, did exactly what it says ( on the tin!!)

"Excellent Service - Professional and Friendly"

This company spent a lot of time making sure they could fit what I needed (colour coded rear sensors and detachable tow bar) and also advised on the bike rack I needed which they supplied. The whole process was very helpful and friendly. The fitter came on the agreed date and did all the fitting in a very courteous manner and really took care to do a good job. The manager Wayne has been given excellent communication throughout. This is a trustworthy, reliable, friendly and cost competitive company which I would use again and recommend to others based on the good service I have received.
