This is the 2nd time we have used this company for a towbar .At first the quote was a little high but the lady rang me back and offered me a better deal because I was a repeat customer. appointment was booked for the same week .The young man that came to fit was on time and very polite -a credit to the company!

Having booked a tow-bar fitting from another company two weeks previously and having confirmed it twice before the Friday they were due to attend, that company let me down at 11 o'clock on the day. I desperately needed the tow-bar for the following day and after 19 phone calls, I came upon this company. The person answering the phone after hearing my predicament, said that although they were fully booked he would call back after speaking to some of his team. He did and asked that if I could attend their premises at 6:30 in the evening when his fitters returned, he would see to it that I could have my tow-bar fitted. I arrived and given that it was a warm and sunny Friday evening after a long hard week scrabbling about underneath cars, a couple of these guys jumped straight onto the job with no complaints and a really positive attitude. Anyone who has had a tow-bar fitted knows that this is not a five minute job and requires a good amount of effort and care. They did this really quickly and clearly (judging by the phone calls that they received) had put their own evenings plans on hold to help me out. Add to all that, the price charged was the same as the previous company's and yet it was done out of hours and at very short notice. Being a customer of this company was truly a pleasure and I'm only sorry that I don't need tow-bars more regularly so that I can use them more frequently!! Thank you very very much. Anthony E

Grant was assigned to fit the tow bar to my Audi A6 Estate and he did a great job working both quickly and tidily. He even rang to say he would be delayed a few minutes due to traffic on the motorway.

Also impressive was the price, I was quoted "probably .£1500" by a guy at Audi who added (quietly), "I'd get it done privately if I were you". Also, my local trailer specialist quoted £315 which was about £90 more than Trailertrek.

I would highly recommend their efficient and competitive service.

i decided to give these guys a call after searching online for a quote. We decided to go ahead and booked a date 2 weeks in advance.
They called me 48 hours prior to the fitting just to check the details on what they were about to do and were very courteous. Michael did the job in an efficient manner and then took me through the tests to show all work was at a very high standard.

"Excellent, polite and speedy service"

I ordered a detachable towbar for my Merc C220 for our brand new caravan. The quote we got was fairly competitive but I decided to go with this company due to the excellent responses for my queries. The fitter arrived a little late due to dense fog on the motorway and was very apologetic. He was exceptionally polite and explained exactly what he had to do. Afterwards he gave me a comprehensive demonstration of how it all worked. When I called to pay, the lady was also extremely polite. Clearly it remains to be seen how the towbar performs but as far as the company is concerned I would recommend them without question.

went online for a quote. Their agent called the next working day with what they can offer. I decided to go ahead and booked a date 2 weeks in advance (i was not available before then!).
They sent me a mail reminder 24 hours prior to the arrangement and responded quickly to my related questions.
The fitters came over, told me what they were about to do, and were very courteous. They did the job in an efficient manner and then took me through the tests they did to show all work was at a high standard.

"Great Customer Service"

I have just had a detachable Towbar fitted to my Volvo XC90, I would like to say that the fitting experience was trouble free. The fitter turned up on time, was exceptionally polite and did a great job of installing my Towbar. I would recommend to friends.

A very frustrating company to deal with. Choosing to have our towbar fitted through a mobile towbar company turned out to be a 4 week ordeal which I would not recommend. Firstly my wife was charged an extra £80 for not stating we had an estate car. Secondly, after the detachable Witter towbar developed a fault (the following day) most of our phone messages were not returned.
After emailing the company simply asking them to ring, we received a very long threatening email saying they would send round the "debt collectors." Not exactly from the John Lewis school of customer service. All we wanted was a towbar that worked, not a visit from the boys.
