Pleasantly surprised with the service after reading some reviews online. One of the delivery team deerk kept us updated on the process as we had a slight delay because of material problems and we received our doors when he told us and at a reasonable time of day. Would use again.

I ordered windows and a bifold door supplied by Duration windows.
The order arrived exactly on time and the communication of delivery was precise.

There was a slight problem inside the glass unit. On contacting the aftersales team, the lovely lady went beyond for me and provided excellent customer service by rectifying the issue within 5 days.

I would definitely recommend Duration windows to those looking for high quality windows and bifold doors, provided with excellent service for peace of mind.

"Awful from start to finish"

Awful from start to finish. Ordering took 4 weeks due to constant staff changes, product weeks late, then only delivered when they should have also installed, when finally installed 2 weeks later installers were rude and left kitchen in terrible state. Didn't finish installaton, leaving huge gaps around windows. Installers said 'what do you expect if you order cheap products'
Customer service not interested as they had all of the money. Had to get another company in to finish job. Avoid like the plague.

"The showroom on Canvey Island is great"

The showroom on Canvey Island is great, very informative and well-stocked with a wide range of products and lots of choice. The measuring was well organised - very timely and efficient. From there things went downhill. Our installation was postponed at short notice and it threw our entire building contract. When they did deliver the doors however, they were good. The installers were very efficient, worked from morning to night flat out and got it all done in a short space of time. The door are good quality and fitted perfectly. We're now struggling to get the rest of the building contract back on track. If they'd delivered on time they'd have scored an excellent.

"The purpose of a promise is to get you off their back for a couple of days"

We have had 3 orders with this company. All were late. This company believes the purpose of a promise is to get you off their back for a couple of days. Phone calls are put though to voicemail and never returned. If you speak to a receptionist you get put through to a junior who makes a promise that simply does not happen. My experience with this company has been bad and frustrating. It is a shame because the quality of their products, in my opinion, are actually very good.

"Good product, shame about the lack of service"

Good product, shame about the delivery, customer service and false promises. Whether it is because we live in Cumbria and they are in Essex but we are still waiting for our order to be completed 4 months after it was placed. We have had to move into our newly renovated house with a window and back door missing. They have promised these will be delivered for the last 4 weeks and still no joy. Our installer has had very poor customer service with calls not being returned and seemingly they have no idea when the window & door will arrive. They were promised, once again for this week and the installer phoned them for the 4th time this week to be told they might be on the lorry today but apparantly not or early next week - I'm not holding my breath!! We highly recommend you do not use this company as the service is atrocious!

and was very impressed with the styles and designs offered over a range of products.
I was met with a very knowable guy called Ken
he's knowledge of products was second to none
as a trade customer I will be sending my future clients to see him
and will be very sure that I gain more jobs

"Branded for the life of the window … embarrassing"

Extremely poor handles ruin an otherwise good slim alluminium window. Do not buy the Chelton handles, unless you want the word CHELTON (yes they wrote it as large as they could and in capitals) all over your house. It is written on the back of every handle (so I can see it 12 times standing in one place in my drive), or in the inline handle on the front (so it can be seen when you're standing inside!). Who ever designed this handle obviously shops at ASDA and has ADIDAS written across their chest and up their trouser leg. What a stupid mistake to make.
