A very helpful professional company. Provided asssistance and good advice, and when ordered the process was good. The delivery date was put back a week with only about a week's notice, which wasn't great, but comunication was good and it was then delivered promptly.
It's good quality at a sensible price. Now assembled (could have done with a few words of instructions!) it looks good and works well. Would definately use them again.

"A great place to order all your DiY glazing needs"

I have a listed building with wooden windows which need to remain consistent with a 16th C building. I am using Duration windows to supply the fixed glazing (for sound proofing and heat reduction). I am placing magnetic strips on the frame of the window and the frames on the glazing to hold them into pace (subject to weight and size). This means no drilling and they can easily be removed for cleaning or easy access to open the window. The Magnetic strips can be purchased on line (Falcon Workshops) and the glazing from Duration is ideal for this.

Duration are fast and friendly and they offer a great customer service. They deal with any problems quickly and efficiently. No company is perfect but as with life, its not what happens its how you deal with ehat happens, and I'm glad to say that they put their customer first and nothing is too much trouble, Thanks.

Everything was as they promised, and the time scale was accurate. i had an amazing door, which is the best feature in the new living room, i love the build and remote control blinds which were integrated inside the class,

"Visit to showroom"

Visited the show room after a recommendation from a builder friend of mine.
We went armed with question on sliding doors, of which there are many to choose from.
Ken is a very informative sales person and answered all our questions fully and raised a few other questions for us to think about.
We left with colour samples, of which there are many.
Ken told us our estimate would be emailed the next day, which indeed it was, efficient service all around.
We will be ordering quite soon as my build start mid April.

I should have read the last review as things clearly haven't improved.
This Company is either too busy or just couldn't care less about taking orders.
We keep being told that everything will go down hill if we leave the EU. Based on this and other lack lustre experiences with British business we need to look closer to home.

Awful sales process! Ordering a pair of sliding doors and French doors has been a nightmare. Weeks into the process and the sales team are just pushing paper around. Completely unhelpful and rude sales team. I dread to think what awaits us once our order is in and we have actually managed to get these doors.
