When I arrived at the pickup location, the representative was there on time and greeted me as expected. Initially, everything seemed fine — the person was very friendly and professional.

However, things quickly changed when it came to the insurance. I was told I would need to pay nearly three times the cost of the rental for their insurance, or alternatively agree to have €3,000 frozen on my credit card for three months. I was also informed that the third-party insurance I had already purchased through the booking platform would not be accepted or honored in the event of any incident.

When I mentioned that I’d prefer to go with the deposit option, I was met with a sarcastic comment, implying I was probably the first person to ever choose that — which gave me the strong impression they were pressuring me to buy their insurance.

I found this whole approach very off-putting and felt uncomfortable proceeding under those conditions. As a result, I chose to cancel the reservation altogether.

Nous avions réservé une voiture chez VIP cars et nous avons pris toutes les garanties proposées sur le site, pour nous tout était payé....
Sauf que le commercial de klass wagen nous a redemandé 254€ car nous n'avions pas une carte de "crédit" mais de débit et qu'ainsi il nous était impossible de verser la caution de 1800€.
Mon compte était pourtant approvisionné de cette somme.
Je sais maintenant que certains pays pratiquent cette méthode de paiement, que je ne connaissais pas auparavant. D'ailleurs je ne vois pas la différence entre les termes débit et crédit puisque au final cet argent est débité de notre compte.
La barrière de la langue n'a rien arrangé.
Voilà notre expérience !!! Et notre déception puisque personne ne nous a dit d'annuler notre réservation internet avant la prise en charge de la voiture alors que le commercial était bien au courant mais ne nous l'a dit que plus tard.
De plus comme nous n'étions pas les seuls à subir la même chose, lors de notre arrivée, nous avons passé plus d'une heure trente à la concession car le contrat a pris beaucoup de temps et de négociations pour tout le monde.
Alors oui je reste très déçue de cette expérience et klass wagen reste une belle arnaque bien ficelée

"Misleading and predatory"

I booked the car with insurance online planning to hake the start of my holiday easy. Sadly when i arrived the employee at the counter informed me i needed a credit card with my full name on it which is not standard in the UK; it was also not mentioned anywhere during the booking process.
This was upsetting as the employee couldn't show a written policy stating this nor could we find anything on the website. Due to this we were forced rent the car directly there and pay 5x as much as we would have had the company informed us of this.

"Péssima Experiência "

Fui extremamente desrespeitada no atendimento. O vendedor tentou, de forma desonesta, me empurrar um seguro de cobertura total, alegando ironicamente que era um complemento necessário ao valor da diária do carro. Segundo ele, o valor aplicado pelo Booking não correspondia ao preço real da locação e precisava ser complementado. Além disso, mencionou que sem esse seguro eu estaria sujeita a muitas multas e cobranças abusivas, tentando me induzir ao erro. Uma experiência péssima e enganosa!
