"Klass Wagen Faro airport scammers…"

Klass Wagen Faro airport are downright scammers. They make a fuss about credit cards with initials on them (that is the standard in the Netherlands) except if you book directly through them; then that is suddenly not a problem, as fellow travelers found out. They especially hate (Spanish) intermediaries with good deals such as Carjet and Carrrentals.com. We had booked a car but did not get one. Not even with extra payment or rebooking ourselves. We did a prepayment of 166,- euros and in case that we would pay an additional 454,- euros they would deliver the car. We rejected and went to Keddy cars and received the same type pf car even cheaper than the 166,- euro. We will never ever use Klass Wagen again.

smooth return and great conversation & advice...
Could use a bit of attention in cleaning - I found a 2-pc bikini & a guys swimming shorts in the boot of the car when I opened it to put in my luggage..!!

Nul!!! Des voleurs!!! Un guet-apens ! Franchement c’est une honte. Une vraie carotte. Il vos mieux prendre des BOLT qui vous reviennent moins chère que cet bande d’escroc! Quelle honte cette enseigne. Je ne recommande à personne. Je précise mes dire : j’étais très content d’avoir loué via une plate-forme un véhicule pour 5 jours qui ne me revenais pas trop cher avec 1 petite assurance ! Arrivé chez Kw le gars me demande de 150 euros en plus de ce que j’ai déjà payé et 150 pour les frais de route et frais annexes type radar. Les premiers 150 euros parce que j’ai une carte ou il y’a écrit carte de débit !!!!!! Hors je peux faire une empreinte bancaire pour une caution de 2400 euros !!! Mais il me disent que non ce n’ai pas possible parce que sur ma carte il y a écrit « carte de débit ».
Et la sur mes 150 de frais de route j’ai pris un péage à 0,65 centimes donc il ne me rendront que 141euros…… parce qu’ils facturent aussi le je cite : Dispositif d’autoroute!!!!!!! Mais on va où la! 8,28 euros!!!!! Des voleurs…..
