"Collection not great however...."

Collection from the airport took over 25 minutes but then only a 6 minute drive for the car. Collection of the car wasn't pleasant. Had to take a ticket and wait in line, not great. All that said, car was as expected, no issues.
Dropping the car back was painless and much quicker. Nice polite staff.
Will use them again when I return to this area. Very competitive on price.

We are very satisfied with our experience with Klass Wagen in Madeira! Upon arrival at the airport, we were greeted by Lukas, who was both professional and very friendly. He did a fantastic job explaining how everything worked and took the time to give us great tips on places to visit around the island. We also got recommendations for local restaurants – and they truly lived up to our expectations!

The car we received was in excellent condition, and the entire rental process went smoothly and without any issues. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. All in all, this was a very positive experience, and we can highly recommend Klass Wagen to anyone visiting Madeira. Thank you for the excellent service!
