I did a small city break in Lisbon and I found this company based on good reviews. I rented a car for 3 days and the good reviews matched. Everything was perfect.
PS: Don't forget to pay the insurance with them. It's not expensive and it will save you a lot of struggles and stress.

Aluguel um carro pela booking, quando fui retirar o veículo o atende queria me vender um seguro de €200,00 ou um caução de €3.200,00 (mais de R$20.000,00).
Disse que se eu não comprasse o seguro eu teria que fazer uma filmagem do veículo e devolver lavado por dentro e por fora... Perguntei onde eu poderia lavar e disse "se vira". Informou que se tivesse qualquer dano ao veículo com mais de 1cm eu teria que pagar €500,00 por dano. Por fim optei em não pagar o seguro, ele tentou passar 3 cartões e só retirava o papel de compra cancelada (não tinha nenhum problema com os cartões, usei normalmente na Europa).
Ele dificultou para que eu pagasse o seguro.
Por fim quando percebi a má fé pedi meu dinheiro de volta, ele disse que não tem nada a ver com a booking.
Preferi perder o dinheiro da reserva do que ser roubado ainda mais.
CUIDADO COM O PREÇO BAIXO DELES, VAI SAIR MUITO CARO.

Great value, and we received a free upgrade. We found the shuttle bus easily and arrived at the depot soon after arriving at the airport. The service was friendly and efficient, the car was in good condition and the depot was easy to find when we returned the car.
