Empresa safada que cobrar riscos que ja estavam no carro. Se vc nao comprar o seguro deles, te tratam como lixo e depois acham qq coisa para te cobrar. Nao caiam na armadilha de preço barato.

Des voleurs à fuir j ai loué la voiture vous oblige à paye une autre assurance alors que sur le site j avais déjà pris..vous oblige à louer le boîtier pour l autoroute..Et super désagréable nous prenne pour des moins que rien alors qu on paye..

If I could rate minus stars I would, absolute thieves or absolute idiots not sure which .

I hired a car in Faro on the 5/03/2025 until the 8/03/2025 (3 days) through an agent VIP cars who directed me to Klass Wagen,
when I collected the car I was told that Klass Wagen would put a block on my credit card for 1800 euros security deposit and 150 for any road tolls for a maximum of two weeks, after two weeks I checked my card and found that Klass Wagen had in fact taken a payment and not just blocked the card I called them they said they would look into the matter over the next three weeks after several calls to VIP and Klass Wagen I was asked to supply the original credit card machine receipt which I did not have I then sent a screen shot of my credit card payment and finally on the 16/4/2025 my card was refunded with no apology or explanation as to why the card was actually charged as a sale , imagine renting 20 cars per day for a month and keeping 1800 euros from each transaction for over 5 weeks do the maths.

This is free advice — take it! Trust me, there are plenty of car rental companies out there. If you still choose this one after reading all the negative reviews and fall into their traps… then honestly, you'd have to be seriously dumb. Like, willfully ignoring all the warning signs kind of dumb.
