Price increase from 96£ to 200£ is a complete joke I will not be renewing. Also beware of the auto renewal

I have been a no-ip customer for many years. Now I got an email saying somewhere in the bottom that the next auto-renewal will be $199 - I paid them 29.99 until now.
What they call „exciting changes“ is an enourmous price increase. Luckily I read the email completely before they were able to bill me $199 for a service worth 29.99 - I cancelled and I warn all future customers: Beware, they change the prices however they want, call that „exciting“ and try to bill you with auto-renew.
Update: After various emails with the support I canceled, because they kept telling me the new price is $199. After I had migrated everything to another provider (where I pay $24/year) they offered me to keep the old price. Too late, I already did the switch and left no-ip after being a loyal customer for 11 years.
