Brought a braclet it kept falling off so we sent it back, GORDAN DAVIS signed for it! He is now denying he has recived anything even though we have PROOF! he has been ignoring us now for months!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY

Ordered a customised necklace for a birthday gift in June waited and waited contacted the person many times for updates and feel like I was just given excuses but I’d seen that other people had been getting their items but was still waiting in august for my items then finally he emails me to tell me that he’s cancelled the pendant after me thinking I’m gonna get it after making me wait from June till September then decided to cancelled the order but still send me a necklace I have no use for without the pendant I’m thankful for the gesture but it’s not nice when you’ve waited so long for something and now it’s just not coming but you’ll send me the necklace it doesn’t make sense to send me it without getting the pendant or even having anything to put on it? I’ve contact the person many times about returning it then I finally get a reply I send back the necklace on the 23rd of September still no refund still no contact! I’ve messaged many times since I have sent the items to just be ignored so not only have I not got my refund I don’t even have the necklace anymore because I’ve returned it! This is a joke how can you treat customers this way? Honestly! So disappointing concerning all I heard was great things about your company honestly worst experience ever!!

This is the worst place I’ve ever made a purchase from there liers, bought a bracelet within 2 days colour started coming off and they talk about our jewellery is 5 times more gold or silver Then I contacted the guy from WhatsApp instead he blocks me 😂😂😂😂do not bother with lfy they don’t know anything about jewellery

I ordered a tennis necklace I got it within the time I needed it very easy to order online and packaging was really good quality . Delivery was quick and efficient .

Still waiting for a refund after a month of sending back an item.
I sent it Royal Mail tracked and it says that’s it’s been signed for!
No replies to E mails or Instagram messages. Disgraceful customer service and I’m still £50 out of pocket.
Please sort it out.

I fort these was brilliant so I ask too do a custom piece for me as it was special it was going too be everything was great and 4 months down the line was being told it was ready too be shipped out too be after it got too them in their warehouse but after a month of asking them then they told me they had too refunded my money back too me. I was very shocked about it and very unhappy about the customer service. May not come back after this or after the coivd lockdown as they had my money after 5months of having it not happy at all.

Do not buy from lfy he takes your money and keeps its for 3months then tells u he had to refund due to factory problems and its all lies if you want better made jewellery buy from GLD shop that actually honor what they say life time lfy warrenty is bull first time lfy fixture is bull I've tried Gordon's services and it's all bulll I hate this company. I gave this 5 stars so people don't miss it!!!!!!
