NEVER RECEIVED MY CHAIN..DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will consistently tell you that your order is being processed or developed and does not ship your jewelry and blames it on "corona virus"..don't be fooled by the fake reviews..I ordered my chain back in JUNE here it is 3 months later and still haven't received my jewelry, UNACCEPTABLE. I emailed and send direct messages on Instagram NO REPLY.. You've been warned. I want a refund!!!

Honest to god I looked through these reviews and I really wish I’d paid attention to the bad ones more carefully. If you are reading this before buying I highly recommend you to stay away, good prices make it tempting but the agony is not worth it. The customer service is terrible they made me wait 4 months for a 2 LETTER PENDANT that was supposed to take 4/8 weeks, they prolonged by an extra month and then another after that! Then they sent a crappy flimsy chain that was broken when it arrived anyway thinking it would satisfy us and told us to wait an extra month! After waiting from may until August they decide to refund us because “COVID 19 has interrupted there manufacturing” but they told us 3 months ago that the manufacturing went into process on May 17th, worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. Seriously go elsewhere I wish I had. Don’t waste your time.

I ordered A 10mm Iced out Rope Chain back in March 7th 2020. I did read the small print b4 purchasing, it said please alloy 8 to 9 weeks for delivery, so then COVID-19 hit!! Which I understand But!!! I reached out to them in The middle of MAY!!!!! They kept saying it was COVID-19. Mind you! It was always me emailing them and reaching out through text. They kept extending the date, at the end of June I reached out and STILL NOTHING!! The same excuse! This was now 3 Months and still nothing! I reached out and they told me same excuse not ready yet COVID-19 then they told me chain will be ready for beginning of July!!! And Nothing!!!! By this time it was 4 Months now!!!! So around 2nd week of July I had enough and Cancelled the order they try for me not to cancel but I had enough!! I gave them more then 4 Months, so they told me by July 29th 2020 my chain would be done but I canceled anyway!!! And got me refund back. So On Monday August 10th 2020 I get a text saying my chain is finally done and if I still want it, 5 MONTHS later!!!!!! I told them since I was a new customer and you guys really didn’t Meet the expectations regarding delivery and customer service, if they could give me a discount because what I went through with this order and they told me NO! These people Really don’t know how to do business and most Importantly Value there Customers.

Order my chain in May, the first excuse was corona & there would be delays. I waited a few weeks and then asked if the chain was near ready, they gave the same Corona story & then asked how long and what are there refund policy.. they then said they’d be happy to refund me but that the chain is in the process of being made & told me another 4 weeks exactly. I then waited 3 more weeks and decided to ask them the update on my order and will it be coming next week or will I have to wait some more (understanding that things may be slow still slow. They have now said expected delivery is in September.
I’ve emailed multiple times since asking for a refund as I no longer want the chain. And suddenly, now they can’t reply.

MY ORDER WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DESPATCHED WAY BEFORE THE CORONA OUTBREAK AND I KEPT GETTING TOLD DIFFERENT TIME SCALES FROM DIFFERENT PEOPLE! THEN CAME THE CORONA VIRUS WHICH HAS GIVEN THEM A BOOK OF EXCUSES!!!

4 MONTHS HAVE PASSED BY AND IM STILL WAITING....
