Tried to be patient but just received my refund for my purchase from april only giving 3 stars because it was taking to long and couldn't wait BUT Customer Service was decent when I would email about info and was quick with response. When all the craziness with covid-19 dies down I might try again. I understand the situation makes things harder.

What a disaster - IF I COULD GIVE 0 Stars I would.

It Sounded great online, owner emailed thanking for my purchase back in April. Now we are in the middle of July and still haven’t received my order. Gave all the coronavirus delay excuse but yet on the website still says shipping as usual or some bs like that, they are always on Snapchat or Instagram showing what they just sold. This company is a CON!! I SUGGEST YOU DO NOT USE. They will probably write under this about how they are sorry and the coronavirus etc.. but I don’t even think sorry is worth it after 3/4 months to be honest. Poor Communication, Poor Customer Service just a waste. Such a shame because it looked like a good company.
