Best advice to anyone is. Pay that bit extra and avoid these idiots at all costs.
Nothing they can say will ever change the fact of what they are.

Only been with silux for a month , with a data only SIM , really good price , customer service is excellent, you can actually speak to a person. For that reason it's 10/10 from me .

These guys are brilliant, Started with a 4G broadband package and the speed has been relatively good. Just moved more of my family over to them. Gave me a special deal for the family. The service is excellent and do yourselves a favour, does not hurt to call them and get an even better deal!

Speed is pretty bad most of the time around 2mbps or less. Not stable...Started off very good for about 2 months now dropped and has been really bad since. Every day at 4pm without fail the network will drop completely. Wife no longer relies on the internet at home and just increased her data allowance on her phone sim. Might sound cheap but you will always be struggling with this service. Not worth it pay a bit more for stable connection and increased speed !!

Paying £13.95 / month my broadband and all going well. whilst there has been 2 or 3 times speed has dropped, most of the time its been fantastic. Definitely recommended.
