"New concrete floor in outbuilding"

I needed a new concrete floor to be layed and and leveled in my outbuilding. They completed the job on time and the quality of there work is 5 star. This company go out of there way to go that extra mile. I just left it all to a guy called steve who had quoted and also come to the job once it had been completed to make sure the work was 100%.

I contacted UFHS for the supply and installation of our underfloor heating for my new man cave at the top of our Garden. Sam and Adam were excellent in the design process of the system and overall help with anything I had questions for.

The install team led by Callum was very helpful and full of energy on the day of the install. Overall a great company from top to bottom. Will 100% be using this company again for my next project.

I’m more than happy with both my polished concrete floor and my UFH, Adam helped with pricing and advice on how to get the best out of our UFH. The team turned up and were polite, clean and professional.

"Absolutely scandalous operator"

Absolutely scandalous in the way they operate - avoid at all costs!

Came and did a 2 to 3 hour survey, taking all measurements and details. Agreed on a price. On the day of laying the concrete, they charged me for 3 cubic meters extra at £780 +VAT! When I questioned how it's possible to be so far out, they blamed the floor - but they had just been out and surveyed it!

They then came to polish and claimed access wasn't good enough so drove away. Came back the following working day, and despite access being exactly the same, decided they could make an effort and get in and start. They charged me for the day they turned up and drove off....

I'd watch out for phone calls from the head office not lining up with what the workmen on the ground are saying - that's the tell tale sign that you're about to lose your pants.

I would have gone to court but deadlines were strangling us so just had to get the work done.

The work itself is OK in fairness, but is nowhere near as good as the showroom floors.

Cowboys here guys. avoid at all costs!

I will post pictures of my work done soon. Aweful work, rude staff and once they get your money, your work is history.

I will never recommend this company to anyone.
