"Terrible company"

Terrible company. The guys who was here to instal the under floor heating and screed damaged my tanking membrane making it useless and it’s been maybe over a month and this company is shifting the blame and not accepting any responsibility. The staff Are incredibly rude and when your promised for a call back no one calls. Completely disgusting and I will be sending a pre court letter!
