Great service. Quality product. Reasonably priced. From the moment we enquired about this product Charlie could not be more helpful. We lay the Underlay ,boards and Poly pipe ourselves using the floor plan ( all part of the service) drawn up for us . Any questions we had Charlie was prompt and very knowledgable. Obviously a gas engineer fitted the manifold.
We are more than happy with our new underfloor heating, it’s so efficient and cost effective. Wish we had done the whole of the down stairs instead of just the kitchen/ dining room.

The price was competative and the before sales service of pipework layouts and advice was responsive, knowledgable and good. Since installation we've had a couple of minor problems, the aftersales care has been equal or better than the before sales. Our primary link has been Samantha, who is excellent.
