With the success of Payroll Relief in our office, we decided to make the transition from QuickBooks firm to Accounting Power. While there have been some expected challenges with the transition, AccountantsWorld has been there for all our questions regardless of how small. This kind of support is uncommon as a matter of rule and is non-existent dealing with Intuit. The support we have received from AccountantsWorld has been nothing short of fantastic and has made what could have been a very difficult time in our office less stressful. Form 941 calculation is wrong and there is no customer support. The customer support screams when I ask questions. My Form 941 is not filed yet and I don't know how much is going to be the penalty.
