"useless service if you can't obtain prescriptions. no better than NHS."

Had a GP consultation, GP prescribes me medicine - says the "customer solutions team" will contact within an hour. You call them up after 2 hours, they say they will call you back soon. 3 hours pass, still no prescription. Now the Pharmacy is closed and I can't treat my health condition.

This is worse than the NHS and a waste of time.

Whilst in Paris for the weekend I suffered an allergic reaction. Within minutes of contacting Dr Care Anywhere they rang me and I had a consultation within an hour. Dr prescribed medication and arranged for me to collect it within the hour from a pharmacy near my location in Paris. Fabulous, seamless service that saved our weekend. Would highly recommend.

"I've been disappointed with…"

I've been disappointed with doctorcareanywhere.com , they've had tech issues getting my family registered , and again tech issues in providing a referral letter after a telephone appointment with one of their GPs. I've had to make 6 or 7 follow up telephone calls, and in my opinion "tech issues" (their words, not mine) are not acceptable excuses for an online service. In short, the process has taken more than a week so far, and frankly it would have been quicker to go to our local NHS GP.

"Doctors Care Anywhere"

I used the app for the first time and spoke to Dr. Susan Cao-Richardson. She was very kind and professional and to the point. I appreciate people who do not waste time.

The only criticism that I have is with the app, specifically, the virtual waiting room. I wasn't sure I was using the app correctly since there was no information aside from my camera and microphone being turned on. Maybe put in a queue number to see how many people are ahead of you so you know about how long it'll be before speaking with a doctor.

Overall good experience and a great idea. Will be using again.

"Excellent Service and Great Value for Money"

This was my first time using this service and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Registering for the service was quick and easy and I was able to upload documents relevant to my consultation and complete my medical history so the Doctor would have background information before the appointment. I had an appointment within three hours of looking for it (my NHS GP insists I call at 8am for an appointment three weeks later!). The Doctor called at precisely the time of my appointment and couldn’t have been more helpful and efficient. I was referred to a specialist for further tests and, impressively, there wer PDF versions of my consultation notes and referral letter within 20 minutes of the appointment ending. I’d still go to my NHS GP if I felt I needed a physical examination, but for anything else this is a first class service...and I was even surprised at how inexpensive it was!

"Remarkable Service"

I was very sceptical before using the service but I was quickly proved wrong. The service was quick and remarkably easy and helped towards a quicker recovery, a recovery that would have taken much longer to get help using my standard GP practice. I have had an appointment, and a follow up within a week using this service, but I have to wait 2-3 weeks for an 'emergency' appointment at my local practice.. I cannot thank Dr Claire Bonner enough for her professional, polite and kind nature during our talks. Thank you Doctor Care Anywhere. I have already started, and will continue to recommend the service to anyone and everyone

"A very thankful soul...."

I went to Doctor's Care with a worried mind and full of stress. In most doctor's offices you don't feel like anything more than a number. I am honored to have met Dr. Author Kennedy and his staff. He was one , if not the best doctor I have ever encountered in all my life. Not just because of his skill as a physician, but because of his heart as a human being.I came to the facility feeling down, stress and worn out from life. Not only did he fix my problems, but he fixed my broken spirit. I will never forget him or his staff as they are some of the best people this world can offer. Staff your offices with their clones please..lol. Thank you again.

"This app probably saved us an A and E …"

This app probably saved us an A and E visit. As promised we were able to get an appointment very promptly and the doctor had read our notes before the session began. All very slick apart from the camera not working but that my have been at my end.

really efficient and comprehensive service from the gp, had the prescription delivered to my local pharmacy within a couple of hours, was able to be seen and treated in one day-unlike the nhs.
