A fast, convenient and stress free way to speak to an NHS GP without having to leave my house. I've used Doctor Care Anywhere many times for my family and I. The doctors have all been highly professional and polite. The appointments are 20 minutes long which I've found to be plenty of time. I've used the service for diagnoses, prescriptions, referrals and for more detailed information gathering on health matters and can highly recommend it.

I had reason to use Dr Care Anywhere whilst on holiday in Ibiza with my two young kids. My four year old son had "holiday tummy" and I was worried that he just hadn't eaten for days and was losing weight. The prospect of finding a Spanish Doctor on that little island in the heat was intimidating.
However making arrangements with Dr Care Anywhere was so simple. Within two hours of first googling, I had a diagnosis and a plan - and all in English.
Since Ibiza, I've almost stopped using my NHS GP completely and now just dial in from home, usually around midnight when the kids have gone to bed!
I cannot recommend this super simple system enough. It's weird to think that I ever used to make an appointment, drive down there, sit in the waiting room for 30 mins amongst all the coughing people and then get to see a locum!

Excellent GPs who take the time to carefully consider your problems. Topped off with very polite and professional customer service agents who are far superior to those of another provider who I used recently. I would not hesitate in recommending this company. In fact I don't think I would bother going to my NHS GP unless I needed a physical examination or on the advice of a DCA GP.
