"Amazing"

Amazing! I never thought I would be using this service. I encountered an unexpected problem and thought I couldn't wait for the GP on Monday. I logged in on Saturday to schedule a phone call with a doctor on Sunday at 7:20 AM. I am left speechless; the care and professionalism exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

"Very poor experience "

I've used various services of this type via different health insurance providers, and they've always been brilliant. Not so Doctors Care Anywhere.
My experience was terrible from start to finish: difficult to input account info on a mobile phone as the fields weren't visible, then the process was not explained well at all. Trying to book an appointment was more difficult than at my GP surgery! First of all I was only offered appointments in the middle of the night, with the only daytime appointment seemingly being unavailable once selected. I waited until the next day to book and managed to get an appointment. Wasn't advised of the process, didn't receive an appointment reminder or video link by email, then the final straw was that I couldn't log into the app as it didn't recognise my log in details, then it locked me out! Customer support was average and lacked conviction, though did manage to unlock my account. By this time no other appointments were available on that day (with other services I've used, there were always appointments available) so I had to wait yet another day - may as well have just called my GP!
Clearly not enough doctors available to meet demand, and most appointments are only with nurse practitioners.
I wouldn't recommend this service at all - there are much better options out there.

Used Doctor Care Anywhere for the first time two weeks ago. The service was superb, I had an appointment within two hours of using the service and this was on a Saturday. The consultant was a specialist for the issue that I had and I received my prescription immediately. Booked a follow up appointment at the end of the first one. I cannot fault this service!

The service was very quick. The upfront support was very helpful to ensure the appointment was comfortable to both doctor and patient.
The doctor was very personable and made me feel comfortable and instil confidence.

The service was so helpful and saved so much time especially as I had been unable to see my own GP. The GP's advice was very prompt and helpful

"Recommend AXA as a healthcare provider "

The service is very efficient much easier than seeing my NHS gp, just booked online and appointment a few hours later. The Dr was extremely helpful and informative, I have a company healthcare plan and a private one. The AXA one was definitely the better, would recommend them as a private healthcare provider.
