Finding appropriate appointments for your specific conditions, at a time suited to your schedule is effortless. Any issues after are automatically handled (my doctor could no longer attend, so they auto-booked another clinician from the same filters at the closest available time, offering me a one-click way to reschedule if needed).
Actually seeing a doctor was simple and smooth, no technical frustrations or issues at all, which I've just gotten used to expecting as the norm for these sort of apps.
Overall excellent experience, will definitely be using more in the future.

Arranging an online appointment was very straightforward. A selection of doctors to choose from. Selected doctor would ring back at the appointed time. Discussion was friendly and to the point which was well summarised in a file note and forwarded to you shortly after the session

Never use this organisation unless you want to waste time and money achieving nothing.
We purchased a drs appointment with Dr. Care Anywhere following some Medichecks blood tests to review the results. After clicking through the purchase we received a receipt (£58.65 for 20 mins) from Dr.Care Anywhere confirming the order and waited.
No further information, activation code or links were forthcoming in order to book the appointment.
After a week we called the DrCare team we were told (after 3 phone calls) that we should have received a booking 'activation code' but since we hadn't, they could neither resend it or send a new one. That there was nothing they could do (??).
We are now attempting to get a refund but keep getting passed from pillar to post. Payment seems as lost as the booking email.
This organisation is shambolic if not dishonest and I can only assume it reflects the nature of medical care they provide.
