Starts good and not too expensive the test is good and pay to speak to a doctor on line great, but the doctor only refers you to a specialist, that's when it gets expensive ££.. if you don't have insurance just go and see your own doctor (which take ages nowadays) it's understandable why people just go to 'OTHER' sources the professionals are so expensive, and it's almost impossible to a appointment to see your own doctor.

A little bit more aftercare and guidance would be a great improvement.

It feels like your just given a referral letter and then you have to go and sort it out yourself.

I personally didn't know were to turn next after being given the referral letter.

Last appointment I told the doctor I might have kidney infection which I had before and know the sign. Did not prescribe any antibiotic. I told her I will end up in hospital if not treated now. Guess what? I end up in hospital with 39.6 temperature. Never had issue when I was with babylon they treated me with same issue over phone. Babylon always treated me promptly will go baby to them.

Paid £60 for an appointment. The doctor forgot to the full prescription. Emailed straight away and they said as it had been four hours (when they replied) and that I had to pay for £60 for another appointment to get the prescription. Absolute thieves. Do not use.

Signed up yesterday as advised by a friend after having to wait 3 long days for antibiotics from my useless Doctors for a grim UTI which was agony!
Sadly UTI returned after 3 days after the antibiotics finished and thankfully DCA called me today within 2 hours and the Doctor was absolutely fantastic, professional and concerned that my DRs didn’t even ask for a urine sample at any point!! The doctor was so kind, listened and was understanding to my current disability. For the year’s subscription of £149 it’s already paid for the service today in my view.

The earliest I could get to see my GP was the 10th December and I couldn't wait that long so I contacted Doctor Care Anywhere. I could choose the date, time and who I wanted to have my consultation with. Found it easy to use, very helpful and would recommend and use again
