"We have used them for 1 year in a…"
We have used them for 1 year in a corporate scheme and on every call we made we found the doctors very knowledgeable. They also send a copy of outcome letter to my GP unless I request them not to.
Referrals to see a specialist are made on the same day.

"I cannot recommend Doctor Care Anywhere…"
I cannot recommend Doctor Care Anywhere after the terrible experience my family has had. During a telephone consultation, their GP completely misdiagnosed my daughter’s condition, claiming she had “about a year” of abdominal symptoms. This was entirely inaccurate and based on rushed and incomplete information.
Subsequent investigations, including an ultrasound, revealed a 5.5 cm ovarian cyst as the actual cause of her symptoms. Despite providing this evidence, Doctor Care Anywhere refused to update her medical records or even add a note of disagreement. They claimed the ultrasound findings couldn’t be added because they weren’t available at the time of the consultation. This is a clear violation of GDPR Article 16, which mandates that personal data, including medical records, must be accurate and up-to-date.
This misdiagnosis has caused serious consequences, including a rejected AXA insurance claim and delays in my daughter’s care. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this, the company has delayed their responses and failed to take accountability.
Adding insult to injury, their GP telephone appointments are inadequate, unprofessional, and lack thoroughness. They seem more interested in dismissing concerns than addressing them properly.
It’s worth noting that Doctor Care Anywhere received a “Requires Improvement” rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in October 2023. My experience is a testament to their poor governance, lack of responsiveness, and inadequate service.
I will now have to pursue legal action to rectify the harm caused by their negligence. I strongly urge others to avoid this company and look for more reliable healthcare providers.
Hi Doctor Care Anywhere,
Thank you for your reply, but I find it frustrating that my concerns are being met with generic responses rather than meaningful action. I have already provided detailed complaints via email and yet still have not received a satisfactory resolution.
I expect a professional and timely response to my emails, addressing the serious issues I have raised. This includes your refusal to correct medical records despite clear evidence of misdiagnosis and your failure to handle my complaint appropriately.
Instead of asking me to provide further information yet again, I urge you to review the emails I have already sent and deal with my complaint professionally. Please confirm when I can expect a proper response to my case.
I look forward to your immediate action rather than another automated reply.

"Doctor Care Anywhere is a complete…"
Doctor Care Anywhere is a complete disaster. Their GP telephone appointments are a joke! They completely misdiagnosed my daughter over the phone, leading to a rejected AXA insurance claim. The consultation notes wrongly stated that she had symptoms for “about a year,” which is factually incorrect and has caused significant harm.
After subsequent investigations, including an ultrasound that revealed a 5.5 cm ovarian cyst (the actual cause of her symptoms), I requested that her medical records be updated to reflect this. Doctor Care Anywhere refused, claiming the ultrasound findings were "not available at the time" of the consultation. This excuse is both unethical and illegal under GDPR Article 16, which requires medical records to be accurate and up-to-date.
Their refusal to amend the records or even add a formal note of disagreement has left us stuck, unable to move forward with her care. Their delays in responding to my complaints have been equally unacceptable.
To make matters worse, the Care Quality Commission (CQC) gave Doctor Care Anywhere a “Requires Improvement” rating in October 2023, and my experience confirms why. This company lacks basic professionalism, empathy, or any sense of accountability.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. I’ve been left with no choice but to take legal action against them for their negligence and blatant refusal to comply with data protection laws.
Don’t trust your health or your family’s care to these people. I would give zero stars if that were an option.

"Terrible service AVOID - Don’t waste your time"
Terrible service, avoid. 0 Star. Been waiting nearly 2 months for them to reimburse me for a month of no contact from them. I can’t see a doctor. Waste of time and money. Look at the Google reviews for the real reviews.

"Awful experience! Avoid at all costs "
Awful experience!
They’ve taken my £150 a month ago (screen shots sent to the management team from my bank) and were having payment allocation issues at the time.
Another week goes by and we were assured our payment issue was being sorted out by management.
Now a MONTH has gone by - management haven’t tried to contact us once and the customer service team are unable to help us further or provide direct management team contact details.
I shall be taking you to a small claims court.
A fraudulent company operating illegitimately.
Disgusting!

"Like a broken version of eMed"
I have used eMed app for many years now. This app is like a broken version. Nothing works and the appointments are a joke.
