"The app and the website are atrocious…"

The app and the website are atrocious to use. There are issues with logging in and deleting an account. It's a mission just to get anything done.

I want to add that it was a terrible UX experience. The system sends incorrect info to the back end. Clunky interface. If you do something incorrectly, you have to return to the process's start. If you lose connection, you have to go back to the start. Terrible waste of time and frustrating experience.

Once the online account was set up, booking an appointment was really quick and easy. There was an issue with the platform during my appointment time but instead of being left wondering what was happening, someone called me to explain this and let me know the GP would be a little late. The consultation was excellent. The GP actually listened and asked questions before fully summarising to ensure we both understood everything that was discussed. Would highly recommend

I'm an AXA employee who has only ever received excellent service from DCA. My husband spoke with a gastro doctor who refused to set him up a referral as he had no 'fast track benefit' on his plan. He then had to waste time and set up another call. The second doctor Elizabeth Simbanouta was incredible. Her bedside manner was great and she had such a sense of humour. She pointed out her previous colleagues mistake and worked around it (as part of an employer benefit we have embs and not fast track). We now have a referral with all the thanks to Elizabeth but we are very disappointed by the previous doctor.

Dr. Asim is brilliant. Has always been helpful. A got an appointment with him the same day. There were connection issues and he rang me instead. I like his approach to patients. This service is very good.
