"Abysmal"

Abysmal. I had this service through work. I left for a while and came back to the same job. In 5 months of trying DCA could not give a working accounts for my dependent(s) and I. They appear to have no control of their IT systems at all. It has been fruitless trying to get a resolution: "we need a minimum 30 days", "a minimum 30 business days", "we need no time at all, it works", "no. It doesn't", ..., round and around, never making any progress.

When I used the service a few years back, it was very effective.

PS dear DCA social media team, do not ask me to contact you, we have gone back and forth a dozen times already.

Doctor care anywhere is easy to use and was an uplifting experience. No more having to get to the local GP at 08:00 as I could book an appointment at a time that suited me. The advice given was great too.

The system is very easy to use and availability of clinicians is brilliant. Got an appt the same day! Excellent care.
Whereas sad to say, unfortunately with the NHS I had to wait well over a week.

"Bait and switch"

It may be easy to access but the limitations to what the physicians or advanced level providers can do is not transparent until you submit your credit card or insurance payment.
Certainly do not request a visit in the evening because the provider I interacted seemed annoyed to say the least.
I will not use them again. It’s even worse face to face in the clinic.

Unable to verify identity when signing up.
When registering, the verification step just comes up with an error saying page not available. This is before any data has been entered first verification. Tried to report it but no response. Useless website
