booked an appointment one day ago as all slots are not available that day and i got at 1120 am on 24 February, the doctor never turned up i waited logged in for 1 hr and eventually i tried to book another appointment and its available in next 24 hrs or at night i mean what the ????

disgrace rather want to see a replacement if i can this is really rubbish

This service is useless.. seriously. The doctors are not professional at all, they treat you bad. Save your money, don't invest here.

I would give Dr Care Anywhere zero stars if I could. This service is completely unreliable and shows a total disregard for patients and their care. Without any prior notice or warning, they stopped my ability to book GP appointments, leaving me in a vulnerable position without the GP care I urgently needed.

Despite still paying for their services, they have failed to provide any care whatsoever and have simply stopped my account from working. It's clear that they do not care about their patients and are only interested in taking your money. Avoid this service at all costs.
