"Misunderstanding of terms"

Regular user of Property Now, however very disappointed with last listing & subsequent closing of the ad due to a ‘6 week’ restriction period imposed on our listing. We were totally unaware of the restriction & believe that Property Now could have made us aware of this before proceeding with advertisement of our unit. Total waste of time & $!
PN did refund partial $ - would have been happy with them allowing us to relist when appropriate.

I’m really sorry, but there seems to be some confusion. The property I listed was only ever available from 28th July 2025.
I was totally unaware of this 6 week period otherwise I would not have listed the property. I’m simply stating that maybe when I initially placed the ad, that PN might have stopped us then & there before proceeding.
I have used Property Now on a couple of occasions & it has worked very well. I just thought on this occasion we might have got our wires crossed as to availability of the unit.
Really sorry, I just felt the problem could have been stopped before it all started had I been made aware of the restrictions…& it may be my fault for not reading this if it was in the terms & conditions.

Happy to change the rating.
