Website easy to navigate and use. Gives the seller control and cuts out the middle man. Receiving enquiries was almost instant, and for the most part people enquiring were happily surprised they were talking directly with the seller, non of the BS that comes with dealing with agents.

Good experience, great way to rent out a property. My feedback is that it would be good to download a list of all inquired parties to print out for inspections instead of having to copy and paste them all. Also, once applications had been sent, the system never updates them, even once their references has responded to their reference checks. This is very annoying as you have to individually email PropertyNow asking for each individual updated applications, when really this should be an integrated feature. Also, renter should be able to register to inspect automatically, not just send an inquiry or request a private inspections. This made the experience very bumpy but i got there in the end, jsut could have been easier. I might check out other options with a more modern system before using PropertyNow again.

hi, we went with Property Now because, firstly we wanted to save money if we could. secondly our friends had used Property Now and had a great experience. thirdly I believe that the commission from the realestate agents is too expensive.
Property Now have their site set up perfectly, and I would not hesitate to recommend to everyone wanting to sell their home. its been a great experience.
