It's our second time using PropertyNow, and every time the service is superb! Andy and the team are always quick with support and answering questions, and make the (sometimes daunting) experience of selling your home as easy as can be. We were facing a $10k marketing bill from an agent, and with PropertyNow we reduced this by 90%.

Happy overall with PN with some room for improvement. This time a major vendor has removed application form button from the front of the ad. While PN is supplying URL to an application form (which is a walk around the issue) I wish it would be more seamless as tenants keep asking for it (despite receiving URL). Note PN, you are in the advertisement business enticing people to apply, rather than writing technical instructions assuming clients will spend their time reading every word. One other concern was their opaque upsale maze of services. Out of a box listing appears small on major platforms and it is unclear what should be bought to make it large. I previously purchased premium/enhancement package adding 50% to the price which claimed bumping up advertisement listing but it was waste of money - neither the ad went up nor it was visibly increased. I still did not understand what I bought for extra 50% price and I remain disappointed. So their upsale premium package is dodgy a bit and having wasted money once I stay well away from "premium/enhancements offer". If they clean up their upsale offers making it really clear what exactly they sell, and some examples as to what "premium"/"enhancement" means it will be good. PN - Give screen shots, rather than wrap upsale in fluffy words! But other than some minor issues, out of a box basic package is good value for money.

Property now is a great platform for people that don’t want to use agents. I’ve used them to rent out my properties for a few years now. Quick to respond to questions and everything you need is on the portal. Easy to access and manage. I’ll keep using this service for sure.

I note that property now appears to have bot taken on board the difficulties referred to during various calls to understand the cryptic manner in which the site is designed.
The review is based on the response I had with a couple of your spokespersons taking up much fine and effort. In regard to two recent listings.
On prior occasions with assistance with helpful stafff, you were heading for five stars.
The attitude discerned recently was an arrogant attitude when simple questions were sought to be answered only to be met with an arrogant impatience.
The notice of the premises being leased was yesterday not as is claimed.
So you closed my account, well, need I explain more? So it is all my fault🙀
So you are prepared to punish a self funded retiree. Is that elder abuse?

Weekends and holidays post no barrier to screen and choose the most suited applicant, get in contact, clarified and sign-up in the shortest time possible, with minimal fuss. Great exposure to prospective tenants. Good processes.
Only disappointing thing is there is no way, unless you want to pay another $30 to put the property on hold, rather than LEASED (in which you are advised will loss all enquires and potentially applications is my assessment) to enable you to consider the submitted applications, this option should be included in the cost, not additional.
