We can not thank PropertyNow enough for providing the service/s they do. I have felt for a long time that, with respect, Real Estate Agents are over compensated for their work - particularly when having an agent does not shield a vendor from the hard work of cleaning and preparing their home to be listed and opened each weekend to the public. Services like PropertyNow put the power and money back in the hands of vendors; which could not be more necessary during this cost of living crises. From start to finish, our property was listed for 8 weeks and we received a steady influx of enquiries. For those who might be worried that selling themselves will lead to "low ball" offers, I can say that we sold our property right on market value and that, if anything, people were very receptive to being able to communicate directly with the owners. If I were to offer PropertyNow any constructive criticism it would be to, in time, update their logos and marketing to a fresher, more sophisticated look. I think that this will draw a younger crowd, who are more likely to push back on the way things have always been done in real estate. Thank you PropetyNow for giving us such an empowering experience.

I sent my ad in to Property Now around 3.45 AM and by 8.30 am it was on realestate.com. I got my first phone call at 8.35 with excellent tenant potential and arranged a viewing that afternoon and took a deposit. Meanwhile around 10 emails of interest came in within the first hour of listing on on the net. I had to take it off the net that afternoon. I previously used Property now for the same house two years ago so they had it on file. I added new photos and changed some wording but I loved how much total control you have of your ad content and how quick they load it on to the net with the ability to edit even after it goes on the net. Much better than real estate agents who take ages to arrange you ad and are not available after hours. I like dealing with tenants directly so you can get more information about their rental profile and ask questions.
