I have been with them since Oct 2018. And I have not looked back on my journey. I’m almost 8 years in. NHS Treatment for 4 years & 3 & a half years with Dr Stevens & the team.

This clinic are about preserving male fertility & with a lot of successful births.
My daily well being is very good and I am certain for sure they are the best find I have ever come across. TRT is for life and you need to choose wisely with a lot of providers on the market. Rob is about normalising male Androgen levels in a safe effective pragmatic manner with Regular diagnostic blood work, face to face consultations & aftercare.
I choose wisely in my eyes and the numerous people I have recommended are glad they have done also.

Before my visit to the clinic I was in a pretty bad place. While living a healthy lifestyle on all aspects I was experiencing a lot of problems related to low testosterone. My local doctor could not help me and said I was perfectly healthy looking at all my blood values because they were 'in range'. The used ranges however are not age specific and being on the low end of the range (certainly with a lot of symptoms) can definitely cause problems if you tackled everything else.

I came to the clinic because I think they are up to date with their research and know how to approach protocols in the right way. This means mimicking natural physiology and not just smashing an enormous dose of hormones very infrequently in your system hoping it will help. These rollercoaster protocols I see very often, even in regular health care. The clinic also advocates a healthy lifestyle as a base and doesn't see medication as a silver bullet to fix everything.

The trip abroad was a bit of a pain because of COVID and Brexit but I couldn’t be more happy that I went to the clinic. While the prices are what you expect from private health care, you do get good care and frequent responses to your e-mails even though I notice that they are pretty busy. The clinic itself is very welcoming and you'll feel in the right place from when you enter the building, the whole team makes sure of that.

Currently after 1,5 months of care we are slowly adjusting my protocol to make it more optimal, a very delicate process. I can say though that with complete confidence that this has saved my life. I already felt so many benefits of treatment, after many years of having symptoms.

I don’t think i’ll ever be able to express my gratitude to Dr Stevens and the team at TMHC. I reached out to them after extensive research, and it was clear that the clinic was one of the very few Doctor led practices.

My treatment with the NHS was not fit for purpose and within 2 months with TMHC, I have my life back. No more anger, depression, anxiety or fatigue. No more ‘hi low’ yoyo’ing. Dr Stevens has even been kind enough to advise and provide documentation to my GP so they can start the process to fund my treatment via the NHS.

I feel like I can be myself again and be the dad my princess deserves.
